Thanks guys. The material of the body is called Big Fly Fiber. You still can get it. I think Harline and Wapsi both carry it. I think J Stockard has it also. I also use EP Fibers for big flies like this. The international fibers are great because they have 12 inch hanks. Also yak hair works great in these bigger flies. The ones in the picture are 13.5 inches long. In the last few months a synthetic version of yak hair in 20 inch hanks have become out. Cheers,

Hey guys, Its been a while since my last post. Busy guiding and and such. Just wanted to share a couple of flies that have done very well for my friends and I over the last year. Cheers and thanks for looking. Any input is always welcome.

Thats the same book I have done a lot of reading out of... I'm getting a great oppertunity and going to get to go fish with Barry Reyonolds this summer back home.. I have got to talk pike with him few times... by the way the flies on the left are those ep fibers and rabbit for the right

On one of the other forums I'm on out here in Colorado thats all we have been talking about the last few weeks is pike. It really is hard to find info on it, it has been a lot of trial and error for me
