Does anyone have the recipe and instructions for Kelly Galloup's articulated Crawl Daddy?

I was wondering if anyone had the recipe and instructions for Kelly Galloup's Articulated Crawl Daddy. It was designed for large predatory trout, but I have to imagine that it would be a killer smallmouth pattern.

I figured that there craft section should have a lot of the same materials minus the extremely marked up prices.

For those of you who have used Walmart materials. How did they hold up?

Fly Tying Materials on Ebay

I just recently [yesterday] purchased a vise and tools. I am obviously going to need some materials. I found this deal on ebay. I was just wondering what everyone thought of it. It seems good, but I'm ignorant when it comes to fly tying. What do you think? Fly Tying Materials
