How is everyone doing on their flies? There is about 2 weeks and I've only got 1 set of flies and there are some in the mail, but everyone else please update!

What thickness is it? Because i use mainly scissors to cut all of my foam. But go for the Chernobyl ant, great little fly that works on trout, bass, and bluegill... as also various other species.

It was McWain Pond. I'll keep you in mind for next time.

Went to Maine for a week. It was beautiful the highest it was 85 degrees, while back in NJ it was 100's so i was happy to just sit on the screened deck and read a magazine or do a puzzle.

We went to the Coast to do some Fishing, this is at Popham Beach Fort. My dad caught only one Mackerel, not worth keeping.

Went and fished a little stream, called The Crooked River. Caught some 6" landlock salmon which were really cool to look at. They were also very pretty, i tried to get some pictures of them but all of them were camera shy.

My last day there.

Did catch some other smaller fish, but never got any pictures of them either they were camera shy, or i didnt have the camera on me at the point. But hopefully i can make it back next year. If i'm not to busy with college and life.

But i've had that happen to me a couple times, but the lake i fish is fished real heavily so little kids, and people not knowing what they're doing have hooked them in the eye and what not.

Shaggy dubbing is very similar to spanflex material which is a leg material, just that its smaller and thinner.

When Rich was talking about a shaggy dub rope he was talking about making a dubbing brush, that involves ice dub and shaggy dubbing.

Smallie i consider you a old timer, i consider it by the post count and how long you've been on the board. And i understand that school is WAY more important that fly tying and fishing will ever be.

Hi everyone, i'm making a fly box for my big meaty flies, i just have one question...

What would be a good adhesive to combine the glue and foam together? Something that will hold well.

Any ideas anyone has would be excellent!
