I recieved a bass pro gift certificate and I'm going to buy a cheap rotary vise to hold me until I can save up the money for a good vise. wondering what size hooks would be good for trout? Any suggestions on feathers and such? Thank you.

Thanks for this post. I'm starting to get into flyfishing and fly tying and I have twin 4 yr old who will be 5 this summer and I know they will want to help tie flies. So I'm glad someone else had the same question.
