This is version 1 of my perversion of Ritt's Fighting Crayfish. http://www.theweeklyfly.com/index.php/TheW...-crayfish-17-06 I'll try to post the next version, which I think will be a big improvement - not that my photography will be much help. :-) Both of those are awesome guys

Thax brother that is a good idea

You have one in a million Brother, yeah she likes to fish if the fish are biting, but only on a boat, I can't get her to wade with me, she is a litlle scared of the elements and Snakes...lol.. But maybe if I make a deal like "come fishing with me and you can get a new coach purse", that might work...lol
-
Nice really nice.

How do I get to the pics.? Never mind brain fart, those are nice man what did you use for the back?

Somewhere else that is hard to wade, is when you enter the park there is an old broken up boat launch to your right I think that there is a camp ground there to but anyways if you put in there and wade upstream just a few hundread feet it is like a pond in there with a ton of fish, but you could possibly get killed trying to cross at the old boat launch, no joke... like you was talking about very hard wading but well worth it
-
Hey friend nice ones, what did you use for the tails?
-
Man you'll think I'm kidding but in Elkhorn city in front of the Rusty Fork Cafe' where the bridge is, I have broken alot of tippet in there on some very and I mean very nice Smallies. It is easy to wade and easy to access give it a try. It is a sleaper part of the river people only bank fish it and get reach the other side unless that get off there lazy rumps and wade.lol

Thanx so much Cheri you have been helpful
-
Thank you Cheri, but it looks like I am going to have to do it on my own, there's not allot of fly fishermen or women where I live so looks like I am going to bite the bullet and do it myself, should I introduce fishing or tying first?
-
Thanx Cheri, great idea. So how were you introduced?
-
Hey guys good idea, but where we live there are no pros or fly shops. I am a pretty patient guy when it comes to teaching and fly fishing, but it's hard to get her to go, she dose not care to go bass fishing from a boat only because she gets to sun bathe...lol.. but I may try hiring someone when we go to the Smokey Mountains in a couple of months maybe she will listen to them! Thanx guys

Hey fellas what is the best way to introduce the wife to fly fishing, to better understand my obsession? Thanx
