  1. Well my order finally arrived and as alot of you have already said, the material is good value for the money. Some of the colour blends are very nice and I look forward to having a play with all my stuff. As I said in my previous post, if this bloke had a waiver on his web site explaining that things may take a little while, I think it would go a long way to saving any problems or fears new people to his website may encounter. Would I buy again, Yes but atleast next time I'll know not to expect anything in a hurry and as I'm overseas it can realistically take 2 months for your order to arrive. Now to have some fun tying. Cheers Dazz
  2. If I'd seen this post before I probably wouldn't have put an order in with him. Like nearly everybody has said, he doesn't answer emails or even when I put through a query via Paypal still no reply. I have NEVER had bad communication problems with any place I have bought gear from in the U.S.A. but this guy is really bad. I hope the wait is worth it. Just a waiver on his website about extended delivery time would be a great idea and then most people would know what's going on. Oh well, I hope my package makes it to Australia for me before I get too old to use it. Cheers Dazz
  3. Thanks guys, here's something else I've added to my flybox. Cheers Dazz Nice flies. What is the chenille on that fly? thanks Bluegill it's not chenille mate it's Enrico Puglisi Tarantula Hairy legs Brush 0.5" wide which is a dubbing brush with little rubber legs all through it. Makes nice bodies and has heaps of movement. Cheers Dazz
  4. Thanks guys, here's something else I've added to my flybox. Cheers Dazz
  5. I've been tying a few Bonefish flies for a trip in January to the Cocos Islands. This was something different for me to tie instead of Christmas Island Specials to help break the monotony. I liked this fly after seeing one so I thought I should add it to my collection for the trip. Cheers Dazz
  6. Dave they are definitely looking better, if you keep the feelers about 1 1/2 times the hook shank length from the start you won't have to trim them. I'm sure they'll catch your mate some fish. Keep up the good work. Eastern fly, Sorry mate but work has me tied down at the moment, maybe next swap. Cheers Dazz
  7. Nice work Dave. Here's a couple of different ones for you to see, I don't want to detract from your flies I just thought I'd show you some of the different styles and colours you can play with. Keep up the good work. Cheers Dazz
  8. Cool setup Dave, I really like your flash holder aswell, good stuff. Cheers Dazz
