  1. All is well here work has been a pain. Dave
  2. Im in TBD but it is going to be a baitfish.
  3. I built this cabin in NH and last year we got maybe 3 feet of snow. Im thinking this is nice. Keeps the brooks full etc. So FAR this year I have a 9 foot base of snow, Im snow raking my roof and it is only mid Feb. Im figuring the brooks should look like the Missouri River this spring. I will post pics later. My canoe and kayak are burried somewhere along with my propane tank (400 gals) and my 25 ft tall snow bank at the end of the driveway. So much for global warming. Dave
  4. Should be getting mine soon. I may have left something out in the package, let me know and I will get it to you quickly. Dave
  5. Only RDL and SteveP left and we have a complete swap. Dave
  6. Im in with a nymph or soft hackle pattern #16 0r #18 hook. Dave
  7. Only 2 more packages and we are complete.
  8. Great looking take off on a deciever.
  9. Mine eats all the hooks I have tried with no problems. Gamakatsu circles in 2/0 and above slip but they are just too damn big.
  10. The flies that are coming in are awesome I will photograph them this weekend. The detail in these small flies are incredible. We also should be able to complete this early if the flies keep coming in as they are. Dave
  11. First page updated, nice work so far guys. Dave
  12. These flies came out better than I thought. Since the fall I began tying smaller and smaller. Down from 2/0 to #12 not bad. I told myself nothing smaller than 8 last year but the soft hackles and now nymphs have me tying smaller and smaller. I also like the price of the hooks a lot more. 100 1/0 Mustad 3407 SST runs $22.00 versus 100 #12 3906 at $8.00.
  13. Found a great new ale from Redhook Brewery called TrebleHook. It is a barleywine, 12.9% wicked awesome. Tough week at work this helps a lot. Dave
  14. Nice looking fly, I saw one of those a few years ago in a magazine and it looks just like the one in Flytyer. Great job. Dave
  15. I always like a size 10 hook wrapped in bands of yellow and black fine chennille with a little white hackle behind the eye, drives bluegills nuts.
  16. I learned the hard way to keep bucktail out of flourescennt light when your storing it.
  17. Nice video but I need to register at youtube, the saltwater one also. Dave
  18. My girls are in the mail, don't fondle them too much when you open the bubblewrap.
