  1. hello all, I love using cdc fly's & was just wondering what other patterns there are that use only cdc? cdc one feather dun.

  9. Charles Jardine is another great flytyer that has'nt been mentioned as well as being an expert angler & chairman of the flydressers guild. I don't think he's on YouTube but he's written some brilliant books.

  11. yes, my dog loves my fly tying kit. I was stupid enough to leave a grizzle cape out once, it was chewed to bits, there was feathers everywhere.

    black damsel.

    Has anyone ever seen a damsel this colour before, a fiery brown thorax & a black abdomen. It was a fully hatched, flying damsel. Sorry about fuzzy pic.

  18. hello. I've tied lots of salmon flies but never any with a married wing. I think I know what I am doing. could anyone please suggest an easy pattern to start me off & any tips.
