The only fly I know of that has been banned in South Africa is the Magnum Fly. It travels very fast accompanied by a load noise.

Try the following link. http://www.jvlnet.com/~swinters/ Steve sells plug cutters for making your own poppers in different sizes. Just use a Dremill drill and sand paper to shape the poppers any way you want.
