  1. Welcome to the forum. Yeah I'd like to see what fish you're catching there too. Also what the lakes, rivers you're catching them in.
  2. Thanks Bass, I see them now. Great job on all your scuds. No wonder you were catching and no one else. Just awesome flies. I'm gonna try some flashier ones like yours. Most of mine are more drab, but I think your patterns are better. Thanks for posting, ideas and encouragement.
  3. Those are awesome. Don't you like them? Hell send me the ones you don't want.......lol. Thanks for sharing.

    hi

    Welcome to the forum.
  5. Welcome to the forum. I've been working on one myself. Have'nt perfected it yet and not worth posting. Kinda strange that a popular prey of trout and bass and there's no well known pattern around, atleast not that I've been able to find.
  6. OOps, I took too much hair off my cat.........lol.
  7. That fly's on my cheesecake...lol. Looks great.
  8. I'm in Toronto. There are a alot of sources, BPS, LeBaron, and specialty fly shops. The BPS and LeBaron have limited supplies and the price at the specialty stores are double of online. Not that I would not like to support the smaller shops, I'm just not in a postion to spend lavishly. The best part of wholesalesports is they take credit cards and not paypal, which I never want to use. But thanks for the suggestion.
  9. you're in the Emergency room explaining how the third degree burns on your palm are caused by your bobbin.....
  10. I'm in Toronto, Canada. But welcome to the forum.
  11. Hi welcome to the forum. I think you'll want to post new flies in the Beginners Corner. Everyone here is very helpful and supportive of beginners and experienced alike. What will be fishing for, or regularly go after? I plan to just fly for this year and set my spinning away. Good luck with the flies and fishing.
  12. Thanks guys. I called them, toll free #, they charge 3% for shipping, more for heavy items so not too bad. I'll check out the other sites. Welcome to the forum Joel. Thanks again guys.
  13. Hi all. This is a great site. I love to see all the very talented tier's flies. I've been tying for some time now. I recently came accross this site, Wholesalesports.com. They have a great variety of material and seems very reasonable prices too. Here is the link. http://ca.wholesalesports.com/storefront/home/fishing/fly-tying/c0-c20-c203-p1.htmlhttp://ca.wholesalesports.com/storefront/home/fishing/fly-tying/c0-c20-c203-p1.html Has anyone tried them? Are the material bad, good or excellent quality? I just want to keep it in Canada only b/c of duty and added taxes. But if you know another site that's cheaper, great. Thanks to all who respond.
