  1. Yes, a material clip, good idea...will any generic one work? Or does it have to be Renzetti specific? Thanks again.
  2. Well, it is probably because it is a well manufactured tool, and not to be used as a hammer....and since it is a rotary...heck...lol... ...i don't know why it is so delicate looking...I have large clunky hands and was hoping that durability goes along with quality....
  3. Greetings to all, Just got my first, real, actual rotary vise, a Renzetti 2200, that i got for the same price as the Peak, which was the other one I was looking at. It came yesterday, and it sure seems 'delicate' compated to some other vises I have had. No matter, it appears to work just fine but I am curious, are there any other accessories for a Renzetti rotary vise that I am going to need? I have the attachment you put the tying spool of thread over, but is there anything else? I don't need a waste basket, and this is the Renzetti with the C-Clamp, so nothing for a base. Anyway, if anyone knows of an essential accessory, please let me know. Also, any suggestions on the best item to purchase that shows how to get the most out of your rotary vise? DVD? Book? Thanks again to all.
  4. Greetings to all, I too use CCG, and also found the syringes to be a major difficulty. What i did was take some old prescription bottles, cleaned them out very well, covered the outside in a black Gorilla Duct Tape to keep out any light, and then squeezed the contents of the syringes into the old RX bottles. I put a little velcro button on the bottom of the bottles and put a strip of velcro in my 'head cement' box, and that keeps them upright. I apply the CCG with a bodkin and you can easily control the amount since you are taking it out of a bottle that is about 1" across, easy to see, easy to get, and with the velcro, hard to tip over. Don't know if this will help anyone, but it works for me. Thanks.
