fl. green rabbit for tail
Fl. green floss and fl. green ice chinelle for body
black bead chain for eyes
dark green film? for head

In the past to make wide flat bodies, I use lead wire tied paralell to the hook sometimes 2 or three pieces on each side of hook. It
does make for a heavy bug. also seen foam used as well as lead sheets. just some ideas,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,B,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Keep some of your first flies and 6 month's down the road compare them to what you are tying at the time , just to see the difference,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,B,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Any reviews of Silverado Vise?

A number of years ago I found an old thompson B type cast iron tying vise at a yard sale for 2 bucks, I have an HMH and a couple
of other "good" vises but 90% of all my flies get tied on that dinosour, it holds as good or better than my HMH, it doesn't have the height adjustment like my other vises have so i built my tying area to fit the old one, I came out pretty good under 50,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,B,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
