Hi everybody, i'm new to fly tying and just recently bought a pheasant skin from ebay. It's branded as Natures Spirit. The skin has a lot of white poweder all over it, I'm assuming its the drying agent. To clean it off the skin, should I rinse it off with some water or dust it off? The other skin I bought did not have any on it. Thanks for any and all help
