New to the site . I Live/fish in S. Indiana-good panfish and Smallie fishing in the vicinity-but my real interest is in naïve backcountry trout . I made the switch from ultra light spinning gear about 15 years ago-but just started tying flies last year . Fished some small water in Central Wy last summer and was thrilled to catch fish trout on my own humble approximations of Trudes and renegades . Want to learn how to tie some of the older Catskill dry patterns . Tying does seem to help keep The Fever in check through the winter . Anyway, Adios for the time being .
