No bobber or bait. It’s a clear bubble/bobber you can fill with water to get your desired depth.Half full it still floats and you fish a dry fly behind it...3/4 full and it sinks a little and fish wet flys behind it. Something like this you thread your 6-8 pound test line through the bobber tie on a swivel and then add some 2lb tippet and your fly.

I started to fly fish(spinning rod & a bubble)and to tie flies between the summer of first grade and the second grade...so what 8-9? I am 60 now. Never too early

Im 60 I still have a couple small pieces of polar bear hair that I got when I was around 12 years old one is from Dan Bailey who I used to tie fles for, another is a small patch from friend who actually shot a polar bear. Kinda off-topic but this brings back a memory. The guy that shot the polar bear was 6 ft 6 in I can remember seeing Polaroid pictures of him holding king crab up over the top of his head and the legs are laying on the ground and theres 2-3 feet of leg above his hands. Just one leg was a meal most men couldnt finish.

Ive never bought from them too many negative comments. For the last few years Ive been buying my hooks from Allen. Very pleased with them for the money and excellent customer service and delivery times. His B200 is my favorite Bass fly hook regardless of price. They have deals and coupons all the time also

Not bad but in my opinion you to go a lot sparser with the Marabou...a lot sparser.Less is more.

Here is a real one..Black eye lash yarn for the body , 8 hackles hanging off the back with some black and gold Krystal flash. Tied on Owner straight 3/0 worm hook. 7.5 long...Sorry but I cant seem to get a good picture of the fly with my phone
