  1. I sent mine last friday, you should be getting them any day if you haven't gotten them yet.
  2. Me and mandog (my dad) are fine with adding one more
  3. Atx- I'll join if you'll have me. I can get a dozen to you by the end of the week. Just need an address-- i assume you're just down the road from me (I'm in liberty hill, tx)
  4. Also, what are you using to paint the poppers? they look awesome
  5. The bonanza reference is over my head, but I got flies ready for you! Address please!
  6. Stripping it in, just varying pace
  7. I did som damage on bass and perch a couple days ago
  8. I got mine too-- a great set of flies!
  9. thank you sir! I think we might even have one laying around here I can grab some fibers off of
  10. I'll join. Can someone post up what one of these "dollar store mops" looks like?
  11. I'd love the recipe. Where on the coast are you? I assume in tx?
  12. I got mine today too- they are going to be put to good use as soon as the white bass run starts. That shrimp fly is something else! That'll go in my look, don't use display.
  13. Kudu, address when you get a chance. Thanks!
  14. Flats- I got your set. They are a great looking bunch of flies! Thanks buddy!
  15. When you get a chance, can I get an address? Thanks!
  16. Thanks for the responses guys. I should know as it gets closer whether i'll have a day free. I think i could wear all the clothes i own and i'll still freeze my butt off, but if there's fish it'll be worth it.
  17. When i go out, I normally just carry a tacky tube on a retractor and a glass baby food jar in my pocket. They both hold more flies and more selection than i typically need. When i go to the gulf though, I take the cliff bugger beast.
  18. I've spent all of my life in Florida and Texas, so my experience fishing in the winter up north is nil. I'm taking a business trip in very early January to Lansing, MI. Will everything be frozen, or is it worth bringing a fly rod?
