How do you post images? I've been trying to post a picture of my flies and the program won't let me paste a picture. Thank you for you're help.

What quality do you look for? I tie on stainless steel hooks, use non lead tying materials, and cover the heads on all of my flies with cement. Should I double coat the heads with cement?

Hello, I was wondering how to start a small fly tying operation online? As you might've read I like to tie flies for fun during my free time and sometimes would get carried away. There are some local fly fishing shops around me but I've never seen more than one person go in there in an hour. I'm thinking about selling on eBay but there is lots of competition. Should I sell multi-fly packages or just sell flies singularly? Thank you for you're reply's and Tie On!

Should I spend the extra 30 dollars to buy the atlas vise? What is different about this vise compared to the apex vise?

I think I'll go with a anvil apex ( now Wolff Indiana)

What size hook is that clouser?

I tie clouser deep minnows 90% of the time when I tie flies because I think they're easy to tie. I know a few colors to use that are proven to work are brown over white and chartreuse over white but I'm not sure what colors work better for trout and what colors work for bass. Tie On!

Thank you for your advice and I don't have enough time to tie flies the whole day I just want to make a little profit around $300 a year for fun and not for a full time job. Did I use the term commercial wrong?

The Stonfo Elite disc drag bobbin is if not the best fly tying tool I've ever had and the most expensive (Even over my vise which cost me $12) at $21. This bobbin comes in three models Original, Compact, and Saltwater Streamer. This bobbin has a drag system to it so you could have it loose (on small flies) and tight on saltwater flies. I'm wondering what you guys think of this bobbin, and how it compares to the rite bobbin? Tie On!
