cencalfly 0 Report post Posted January 3 The pan works great. it's a Lodge Pro-Logic cast iron pizza pan. It get's used for many things though. Well seasoned cast iron is a joy to cook with. Non-stich and easy to clean. Only drawback is cast iron can get heavy. I bake my sourdough boule in a cast iron non-enameled Lodge Dutch Oven The pizza was very good. Sausage and mushroom with heirloom tomatoes, asparagus spear tops, bell peppers, and some asiago cheese.
DFoster 0 Report post Posted January 3 All the food here looks wonderful! My wife was away skiing last week, just me and our 2 dogs. I grilled this bone in NY strip over an Applewood fire with a my own home made coffee rub. Delicious- The only trouble was that I ended up with 1 bone and 2 dogs. What to do? Have the exact same meal 3 days later.

I’ll have two slices of the sausage and pepper, one slice of the four cheese and a hunk of meat bread. Thank you.
