Moose Squirrel Salmon Fly Variant of Stev Lenon 2005 entry to Ron Lucas Sr's salmon fly contest

Hook--Mustad 36890, thread-black, tip-gold oval tinsel, tag-orange uni-floss, tail- moose body, but-red wool, body- green highlander floss with gold rib and green body hackle starting at second twist of tinsel, wing- fox squirrel, throat-peacock sword fibers, hackle-hen furnace tied collar style.

was not happy with the wool tied a second with red seal and spent a little more time on the head. on a wilson hook

Wing: Select craft fur, sand

Eyes: Mono, 30lb, brown

Belly: 3x 1/4" hollow brass beads on 30lb monofilament

Hook: 8 Aberdeen

Body:  mesh tube from Dollar Tree.  I stripped the chrome Mylar out so these are monofilament.  They look white, but are semi-transparent.

Head, "guts" and tail:  Green and silver sewing thread.
