And that Norm is something that pisses me off. I can see a neighbor's mailbox from my house. She gets her mail for free because she's on the "route" in town. I would have to put a mailbox one street over to have one. So she gets her free and I have to pay $90 for the privelege of going to pick mine up. Very irritating.

I’m not sure about all this

I always attach the postage at the post office as to what they say for the return package if this isn’t ok let me know

When I host I prefer you just send $5 cash. Easier than having to make sure return postage is correct on your envelopes at the PO. My two cents. I may try the pirate.

Might ask for 6$, five doesn’t cover most return fly swap postage these days.
As a host, if I have to kick in a bit of change to cover the swapper, I don’t mind. The extra stuff swappers send me more than covers what I’ve ever paid out.

Its tough to beat the Pirate Ship for price and convenience, just pop the padded envelope in the mailbox and my mailman takes it.  Unless I'm mistaken, anything under 4 ounces within the size limits is the same price.  I don't think I have ever had a swap envelope exceed that weight, unless it was for the Christmas swap.  My last 3 swaps I paid @ $4.50 per padded envelope.

I’m also a Pirate Shipper. I don’t like the idea of sending cash through the mail.

I believe you can get the tracking numbers from Pirate Ship when you purchase the label - for both the send and return labels.  I’ve never had to go to the post office counter.

This has been my experience.  Print at home and tape to package.  Tracking is included.  Below is a typical lable I print at home using Pirate Ship.  Cost for the package is usually just north of $4.00.

Norm,

If you log in to your Pirate Ship account, you should see the tracking numbers for all your transactions.  Then you can just copy and paste as needed.
