cphubert 0 Report post Posted March 3 1 minute ago, Bryon Anderson said: no experience making that kind of joint Prior to the jig I used a belt sander to scarf plywood - that jig paid for itself in time and belts in the first use, but it is only good for plywood up to 3/8 inch thick (suitable for most boatbuilding) after that it's back to the belt sander unless you come up with a 10" circular saw.
