niveker 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2024 I'm not sure what's better - sniffing moth poop or sniffing a moth's balls.

flytire 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2024 if that comes from the one moth that was found, that moth has serious problems
SalarMan 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2024 That is from a moth that my late mother would have described as having a bad case of "the runs". 😂
caddis16 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2024 To me mothballs are the smell of safety. When I open up a storage container of materials the beautiful smell fills the room. I usually add fresh every couple of years. Cheep insurance.
Gene L 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2024 I've heard from Old Folks that back in the Model T days, they would put mothballs in the gas tank to pep it up.
essequamvideri 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2024 I have used aromatic cedar panaling planks for the last 30 years. Basically a 1/4” t&g board designed to line a closet. I cut to size for the bottom of my boxes. I have had only 2 problems in that time. First was a roadkill woodchuck I tanned and the 2nd was a moose mane I had for 40 yers plus. Cheers Michal R.
