That looks great - how long does you to make one of those? 13 hours ago, Mark Knapp said: Rainbow Warriors for the swap. 👍 59 minutes ago, flytire said: Salmo Le Sac Another beauty off your vise. bk3nj 0 Report post Posted September 19 2 minutes ago, niveker said: That looks great - how long does you to make one of those? Thanks! That one probably took 45 minutes (maybe slightly longer). I think if I wanted to sit down in a focused way to turn them out in volume (e.g., limiting distractions, laying out all the materials first, etc), I could probably tie it in 20-25 minutes? These days I don't get out to fish very much though, so I'm not focused on volume so much as the tying process in general. 🙂
niveker 0 Report post Posted September 19 1 hour ago, bk3nj said: That one probably took 45 minutes Thanks, that about what I would think, at a minimum, for me at least. The little fishing I have been able do lately has been mostly for large and small mouth, been thinking about tying some up after my next trip to the fly shop. I've got a day off from work next Friday, and I'm planning to spend it looking for smallmouth 🙂 I really enjoy tying gamechangers and find them engaging. It's even better seeing them swim though!
