Fly Tying

Recommended Posts

Next up in Hale is the Evening Star.  This follows the Kelson Recipe and I think it’s only P-T who offers a different recipe for this one.  IMG_4368.thumb.jpeg.c28c1afc2a9cf095305a3f3b8cf443af.jpeg
came out well but I’d tie it smaller should I do it again.  IMG_4367.jpeg.55f504c2c3c6940f38a7005cb087d727.jpeg

That is a gorgeous fly, I see a lot of steps in tying this one.

Thx Rick, this one certainly took a little more time.  It’s a little long all the way around but I still like it.

The Evening Star sounds interesting, especially with the Kelson Recipe.
