when traveling

what does everybody use for head cement when you travel? you not supposed to take any flammable items on the plane I don't want to have to wait a few hours just cause of head cement. Thanks for any info.

Skater...Hard As Nails polish. Available at any drug store. However, check with the airlines. I heard there is a "relaxing" of some of the carry-on itmes. SullyTM

Loon makes several water based head cements.

 

of course now i will show my own cement headedness by saying, i dont know if they would be considered flammable or not. my guess is no

A good whip finish doesnt need head cement!

 

And for the rest hard as nail is perfect.Just as good as head cement..

I use Min Wax Polycrylic Clear Gloss finih on all of my flies that don't have an expoxy head. It is waterbased and dries hard and Clear. And Doesn't smell like lacquer based head cements often do. And you can find it in almost any Hardware store . I've had a pint on my bench that I've had for 2 years now- It goes a Looooong way.
