Russ 0 Report post Posted January 17, 2004 I wanted to start a new list in addition to the favorite movie list. A few of my favorite non-movies are: Band of Brothers The Civil War The Horatio Hornblower series any of the Sherlock Holmes episodes starring the late Jeremy Britt the Farscape series on the Sci-Fi Channel and one movie I forgot... the Godfather I haven't seen A river runs through it, but I plan to soon. I was going to add a regional favorite of mine, but I thought I would get laughed out of the forum... that movie.... Moonlight in Escanaba.

Guest Report post Posted January 18, 2004 QUOTE (Russ @ Jan 17 2004, 04:28 AM) I was going to add a regional favorite of mine, but I thought I would get laughed out of the forum... that movie.... Moonlight in Escanaba. My brother in law from western NY was just singing the praises of "Moonlight" to me. Now I have to find it. For non-movies, I've got to go with Northern Exposure (first two seasons only). After that, all other TV comes a distant 2nd or worse. I actually watch much less TV since that was cancelled because I've never found anything that compares. It ruined me.
