Iowa FLy FIsher 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2006 Hi all. I'm form northern Iowa and love to fish. I've been tying for only a couple of year but fly fishing for a long time. Iowa FLy FIsher 0 Report post Posted April 8, 2006 Catfish are really fun to catch on a bass fly. The only onme i can remeber is a pinky that i caught them on, but i know the best one just can't think of the name. It's in one of my Fly rods and reels. I just went and got my mag and its a black chenille. I tyied it for bass and caught a handful of cats that day and went home and tied about a doz more for some more catfish.
