Gregg 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2006 I am heading for a two week trip out west. I will be in Salt Lake City, and Ogden. I then travel to Cache Valley and Bear Lake to fish some of the little creeks on the North side. From there we are going up to Yellowstone. I am looking to find some fly shops that I should stop at to get some nice matterials. I hate to pass up a nice shop. Any Ideas? Also, if anyone has a heads up on how the Ogden and Logan are fishing, I should be there Wednesday.
Guest Report post Posted June 24, 2006 In Park City is Troutbum2, a nice shop and close to some very good fishing on the Provo River. In West Yellowstone there are fly shops all over town.
flytire 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2006 Go to GOOGLE and type in the search box "Yellowstone area fly shops" and search the results. Too many for me to type here. One of the best would be "Blue Ribbon Flies"! Do the same thing with Salt Lake City.

Calvin 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2006 Stop at Bob Jacklin's shop in West Yellowstone. I think there's 4 shops in the 10 square block town!
woodsy_fisherman 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2006 Blue ribbon flies would be my suggestion. I am an hour from West Yellowstone. I go every year and I still haven't been to all the fly shops.
Al Beatty 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2006 Hi Gregg, Don't miss Arrick's Fly Shop a couple of blocks from the west entrance to the park. If you see Paul Stimpson, give him my regards.
