What i've been up to

Recommended Posts

Since my last pictures of my first flys i have tied up some other patterns. I bought a book called, "Tying Flies With CDC, The fishermans miracle feather" By Leon Links, the book has helped me alot and i truely recomend t to anyone who likes tying with cdc. I had a go at tying up some of the patterns i the book along with a wire nymph, which is an up to date version of spider patterns we use here in England. Please comment and give me some advice.

Many thanks Mtn.

( In order F sedge, Loop wing emerger, Wee whisper, Wire nymph)

wire nymph

By the way i know the wee whisper doesn't look much but when you view it from below (like a fish would) the CDC looks just like the wings of a dun, but i couldn't get a good picture.
