A new addition to the fly pattern database has been submitted by Jens Lund Adamsen:

Very nice fly.

i have some background info on it as well. It was developed by Ches Loughlin in Newfoundland, and was originally tied as a streamer. There was originally no flash in the wing, and could be tied with a green or black hackel. this was taken from the 2001 edition of the spawner magazine

No it is not from the book by Len Rich it is actually from the Spawner magazine 2006. Ron Newcombe's version I have just used Artic fox instead of squirrel as wing.
