billb 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2007 Addie's flies ("streamer flies," in her words) are her version of Clouser Minnows she's seen me tie. She tied fast, and they went to the Post Office Monday morning. She tied a special thank-you fly for you, Dustin. Bill
Megan P 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2007 Steve has taken the boys for a day and a half outing. So I'll sit down and tie mine tomorrow hopefully. I'll have to look at what he's tied in the past and see if I can't come up with something cool and fairly easy since he won't be sitting there helping me. billy 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2007 Dustin, Dustin, Dustin - see what happens when you allow old people to intrude upon a kids time... WE (I) need so much extra guidance - ... DOH... Oh well, I thought when you said any type, any size, I had to make a bunch of different ones. I was searching for a lot of different patterns... I can make a do-over if you prefer. The practice won't kill me for sure.

srfrsean 0 Report post Posted January 25, 2007 Connor and Grant have finished their flies but I've been too busy to take a look at them for completeness. I'll make time this weekend and get them in the mail ASAP. BTW - For those looking for good tutorial sites, Charlie Craven has excellent step by step tutorials on all flies he publishes.
