Harold Ray 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2007 Graham, That red-ear looks great, and the shell did turn out well, more more like the real thing now. The photos are super, very creative; I don't think I would have ever thought of that! How's the background on the shadowbox you sent me the other night coming? SullyTM 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2007 Outstanding Graham. Your photos really make the turtle jump off the screen. You have tied one heck of a fly! Like I said before...you need to produce a book, DVD, something before you retire to the country Later...Thom
Graham 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2007 Hi Ray, I'm glad you like the turtle, thank you. I took a series of out of focus full screen background shots today, took a number of different colors, and tonight I'll figure out which color best suits tha shadowbox background. Hey Thom, thank you! I don't need to make a DVD, I'll just keep posting info here. Besides, I wouldnt have time until I retire to the country, and even then, I would realize, from attending fly shows, that the market for realistic tying info is extemely limited, when compared to other topics. I still need to take a sharp un-cropped macro pic of my turtle before it goes into my display case. Cheers, Graham
