LuciV 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2007 Hook: Any curved hook (2x strong) Thread: unithread 8/0 to match the color of the fly’s body. Tinsel: golden or silver- at the fly tyier’s choice. It is used as underbody. Body: Dubbing made of bright colors of CDC: tabac, olive, yellow.br/> Torax: Dubbing made of grey rabbit hair. Recommendations: Make a loop with the dubbing in order for it to be equally attached. If the CDC bars are longer, you can trim them. The CDC dubbing must be set in rare turns so that the underbody made of tinsel can be seen. The tinsel sparkles especially in deep waters being more attractive to fish. The last 2 pictures point to the body that becomes semi-transparent when it becomes moist. This fly imitates the emergers of may flies, caddis, chironomidae pupa etc, transforming it into a universal pattern which is extremly efficient.
