after looking at the first one i tied,

to me it looked like something was missing.

so i tied another one and here it is,

i used a longer hook on this one,

but had no more of the darker mallard.

if any one knows of any nice bronze mallard

available please let me know.

Really nice, Randy. :headbang: To me, the Mallard you used looks great. It's definitely easier to tie in

the wings if there's a bit of grey root showing.
