Oh ya,

Hey bob i love that fly. That body of yours there, with the danville waxes. Is that danville waxed monocord or thread? Or is that floss that you waxed up yourself?

I was thinking of tying that puppy with chartreuse for sea runs, because you know what they say... If its not chartreuse its of no use.... lol

Nice fly! love it!

Hi Bob

Nice tie. Is that not simply a "RAT" in disguise?

Anyway the Alec Jackson hook gives that little extra to the fly.

Jens

Hey good eye Jens,

For some reason I dont like the look of the rat, but I like the look of this spruce. Very similar eh!! Didnt even think about it myself.

I was thinkin this Spruce is lookin a lot like a Rat myself Jens. I think it's just that little floss tag end that gets you, is all. Love the tag and the big fat herl thorax Bob.........VERY cool. mark.....

BTW, Bob.....your package will definately go out tomorrow. I finally got around to making it up tonight. I didn't count but you prolly got at least 50/60 hooks in there. Bunch of different streamer hooks, sizes and makes.........bunch of different blind eye Salmon hooks, sizes and makes........and a nice stash of large, long shanked nymph hooks which will work great for big wets or baby streamers. A few of the Streamer hooks are off-set, but you can very easily set 'em straight if you just put 'em in the vise and line 'em up with the eye. Hook point and eye.....enjoy. mark..... ;) If you got no gut, (for the blinds eyes), lemme know.
