duckydoty 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2008 Hey guys! I'm finally out of the bush of Western Alaska. It was an exciting season fishing on the Naknek River system and Bristol Bay area including Katmai National Park. Started the season with a fire that leveled the dining lodge and a cabin. Thanks for the contributions some of you sent. I thought that would be the end to the start of a season of fishing but we bucked up and over came the hurdle. It was a great year out here with all 5 Pacific Salmon species caught, lots of huge rainbows, artic char and greyling also. In the near future I will post all kinds of fish porn. Lots of close encounters with bears and other wild life too. I'm glad to be getting back to civilization though and enjoy some comforts like flushing toilets and heat. I will be spending 2 weeks in Anchorage messing around then back home to Taneycomo! See yall around Duckydoty
