Bruce Derington 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2009 When I swing streamers there is an arsenal of patterns that we use but the standard fly of choice is a huge Black Ghost and a close second is a Feenstra Emulator
AlexC 0 Report post Posted February 9, 2009 Hey Bruce, what's the difference between a Feenstra Emulator and a Woolly Sculpin? Thanks

mouse6196 0 Report post Posted February 9, 2009 I usually get out hte float rod for Steelhead here, as it works better on the larger rivers like Niagara... For a wet fly, I use this one that I created. Has never failed me when all else does. For baitfish imitations, I use a rainbow smelt imitation made from craft fur. I use Roe tied in bags and yarn flies, but I love this sucker spawn imitation I do using glue sticks.
