Clint F 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2009 G-moal, Stands for Grand mother of all leaches. This fly was designed by a friend of mine for salmon and steelhead. It is 7" long to give you an idea. It can be tied in many different color combinations. Let me know what you think. Clint
ibian 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2009 Wow, 7" do you cast it with a broom :hyst: ? I like the color combination, those colors have been working well for me this year.
Clint F 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2009 It would be smarter if I casted it with a broom but cast it with a 9' 8wt. I couldnt believe it, but this fly caught a 2.5 pound sockeye and I watched it eat it this year, so I know it works. Clint
