The mad scientist is awesome! I know that as raffle items these will at least double or triple in ROI. I am also giving another one away to a friend of mine and I know he will totally enjoy it. flykid 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2009 Horseshoes, it's obvious you are having an issue no one else has ever experienced to that extent. To me, that says it's the exception rather than rule. The Mad scientist isn't trying to jip anyone, If you contact him you'll get a response. Maybe you should check to make sure your e-mails are going through. And if that still doesn't work, call. rstout 0 Report post Posted December 21, 2009 I ordered a box on Wednesday of last week and got it Saturday. I was hesitant about buying something sight unseen but was extremely pleased with the box. DrVette 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2009 After waiting since October i finally got an email from the Mad Scientist early last week asking for an address (I had sent several emails over that time and this was the 1st answer). On Friday night(the 18th) i got another email with payment instructions saying that the box was sent. I paid it online within minutes. Today my box arrived and had a postal date of Dec.18th on it. All i can say is that it takes a LOT of courage to mail out a box that hasn't even been paid for yet in this day and age. I think the poor man must be over stretching to bring us such a great deal. I couldn't believe how much was in one small box! All i can say is that if you are having problems keep sending "NICELY WORDED" emails about once a week. He should get one of them eventually and he did do very right by me. He even put in the moose body patch for me...I never see moose around here, occasionally a pack of mane fibers, and have all the elk i could possibly use for years...it will go bad before i can use it all. Now what is white or tan and looks/feels like this moose hair? I want to use the contrast for something. BIG THANKS to the Mad Scientist...who-ever you are... I wish that some-one would do this to put together some feathers , and other things, needed for getting started with Classic/Salmon flies at a nice bargain price...It would make my year.
