I like the way the tail sits, forget what the others say! fine idea you have there! I have some advice on the short strike thing. Big predatory trout really don't short strike, what they do is ram or chomp and realeas small baitfish to stun them and will follow them downstream and eat them at leisure. if you get a short strike , FREEZE! let the streamer drift down stream when you feel that bump, The big fish will think it stunned the baitfish and come back to finish it off and bam your into a nice fish! good work on your fly nooner., Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
