halcyon 0 Report post Posted December 6, 2009 I find this fly to be breath taking. The over all proportions, the choice and mounting of materials and the choice and blending of colors is simply outstanding. The heads on all of your flies are picture perfect in proportion to the fly, shape, and finish. You are an inspiration to all.

Jens Lund Adamsen 0 Report post Posted December 7, 2009 A new addition to the fly pattern database has been submitted by Mice: Only Purple <img src="uploads/img4b1ac31f4a1e2.jpg"> hi Paul Great fly - beautifully tied as always. I think you tie superb heads that really finish the fly well. This one "Only Purple" looks to me as a late evening fly for the big Scandinavian seatrouts. Have you ever tried this pattern? Regards jens
Mice 0 Report post Posted December 7, 2009 Thank You Jens, no, it's a prototype. Steelhead flies I tie for pleasure. I never catching this fish. I catching sea trout in Sweden, but at the beginning of the season. I was seven times in Morrum. At the turn of March and April. There only orange morrum either ... morrum orange.
