Oh well I was thinking they needed something else for a tail as well. I will go get some longer hooks this week and see if my store has any blood quill tips if not I'll either have to order some. I was considering adding some white marabou with flash or maybe even some white mallard flank feathers to the tail. Maybe I'll do one of each and see which you guys like best. How about a more traditional bugger, cone head/blue body/ either white or purple tail. Will depend on what I can get thurs from my local store but that's what I'm going to shoot for. Came out to 3 and 1/2 inches, and they do look great with the added dark tail. I took your suggestion from above and took the marabou out about 1/2 - 3/4 the length of the rubber legs and it makes the white rubber legs really pop now.
