blakejd 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2010 Although I'm not being "guided" it occurred to me after taking part 1 of an entomology class this evening that a tip may be in order after the "on the water" portion. I've never really looked into it but I know its customary to tip for a good job and this guys does a great job as an educator as well as salesmen and would be the guy I would go to as a guide if I would actually pay for that kind of stuff. The class costs $50 so I figured 10-15 would be good. Any thoughts.
longears 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2010 That is reasonable if you feel that you got your monies worth certainly. I often get tips for my fly tying classes. But, then again I try to give somebody that's paying for knowledge 150%. That's what makes people come back.
