Well Done. The bench is a work of art.

This topic comes up about once a year, but there's always new guys that weren't around to see the older posts and its a fun topic so I'll share mine again. This is my fly tying/rod building room I turned my basement into.

Some how I'm not surprised. After reading most of your posts, I wouldn't have expected anything less. I am very jealous.

<<<< House broken, quiet, eats leftovers (usually ALL the leftovers), learns very fast, though it has been years since I rebuilt a rod...and you could probably get child support from my wife.... :hyst:

MESS? :hyst: That's no mess! My desk is an embarrassment to tiers. I take stuff out of it's home , use it and set it on the desk, when I trim a "tag" I think,"Hmmm I can use that for sumtin"...and it goes in the growing pile of ends and bits...Beautiful view you have there!

I am quite impressed by some of your work areas. Steve, your area causes both inspiration and aspiration. I could also call it viagra! :lol2: I was tying on a card table in the dining room, but my wife reminded me I had an old computer desk in storage. She gave me permission to remain in the dining room, but I found a way to fit it in my gun/reloading room and still leave plenty of space to do all that I need to do. Plus, I knew that even though she gave me permission to stay in the dining room, that she really didn't want me in there. <_< . Plus this way I can truly get away from everything and be in my element so to speak.

STEVE -

Not many people know this, but I am lykos33's twin brother, seperated at birth. (He may not even know it.)

If you adopt him, you have to adopt me. That's a state law in Mich.

(I KNOW my wife will pay big bucks, including the adoption agency and lawyer's fees)
