Great tying video Carl. I like the technique of leaving a space for the rib. It nicely emphasizes the segmentation of the body. The stretchy body material is quite similar to Baby Bug Wrap (Fly Tyers Dungeon) and Flexi Floss. I like to wrap two colors at the same time to form segmented bodies. Where did you get the flat lead for the underbody?

I get my flat lead tape from my local fly shop, it has a label from Wapsi products. You could also try your local golf pro shop, they use it a lot in weighting golf clubs.

I wish I could watch your video. Unfortunately I can only watch Vimeo at work. I will have to try and remember to watch this one tonight.

I very limited with the free account for Vimeo of what I can upload. To upload HD video's on Vimeo I pretty much need to pay the $50 a year subscription. Maybe after the first of the year I will do that, but for now I'm going to stick with youtube.
