This is the first time this has happened to me with one of the swaps. I have gotten flies late before but this is the first time I got ripped off! I was looking forward to seeing everyones flies. I guess that the guys who dropped out were the lucky one in this swap!

Well, I don't think anyone has enough evidence to jump to conclusions.

 

Gaddy was following up with me on IM and on the message board before he just disappeared recently.

 

For all we know something has happened that is keeping him from administering this swap.

 

At this point I'm out an altoids tin, a couple dollars in flies and the money I sent for return postage.

 

I'm not ready to jump to the conclusion that we were purposefully ripped off, but I've written them off at this point.

Exactly, lets not jump to conclusions here. Gaddy had a couple hundred posts, was very active and has been here a while now so I highly doubt that he would give up everything just so he could make off with a few doz flies. Something bad may have happened to him for all we know

 

For now there's not much that we can do, but hopefully he is okay and comes back on the site at some point soon.

I'm sorry, I'm not trying to jump to conclusions, I am just following along with some of the sentiments of the other swappers involved in this swap. You are right it is too early to count Gaddy out, sorry if my remarks sounded so negative and severe. I hope all is OK and that things still workout!

I don't know my north american Geography, but I've been hopin he hasn't got caught up in any of those storms you've had recently, but rather it's some sort of work related thing.. Like one of the others have said, out of pocket a couple of dollars worth of flies and a couple more for postage.

 

Here's hoping anyway.
