If I am counting right , we are waiting for 3 more that are in transit. Can't wait to see those beauties. :headbang: I'm glad you like them. I wound up tying 12 more for anther swap. We are definitely going to have a hard time deciding which fly to use first when fishing!!!!!!!! I want to thank everyone for the extras. I just went through, totally not just a quick peek at one. Flytyinfreak, since I cannot put anything to post till monday we still have hope. Redneck Fly seems to have dropped off the planet. Hasn't replied to PM so I'll consider it mute and dutily noted. Have to get organized (unpacked) and sort out the swap. I want to thank all the swappers who waited and I hope I see a set of freaks fantastic flies on monday. Went to the post office on Friday with my little green piece of paper/receipt from the international mailing doo-hickey and they are looking into it but nothing so far from this end. Didn't realise it was easter weekend and the postie at the drug store said " you can mail these but they won't get stamped or picked up till tuesday" so I went back home on thursday and waited for the afternoon post . No flies. I have let this swap go so over due I am torn about it. One part of me wants to mail everything off right away and another figures it is so late now what if I waited? I guess I got too relaxed during vacation, my brain has gone into inertia mode. Freak you tie a mean fly. Would all those storms down south there have anything to do with the mail? It's not like were involved in some economic stimulus project or feeding and clothing the homeless or developing some life saving new drug. Crap happens and life goes on. If my flies don't arrive then I guess it is what it is. I'm kinda bummed and was hoping to put a really nice little hopper into you guys fly boxes but if they don't show up in the next few days I'd just go on without my flies. I mailed those flies out at the end of March, its been almost a month now. I've had this happen a couple of times before, in fact pretty recently! I have put aside a set just in case yours shows up and then I can get the others out to them through swaps etc. Or I can just donate them somewhere if yours don't show up at all. I want to thank everyone for all your patience. The flies are worth waiting for. It was fun. Give a shout when they hit your door, I am hoping this is a good time to mail them. Cheers!!!
