emerging mayfly - trying to be creative in how to match the materials.

Recommended Posts

Just playing around and trying to be creative, and finally came up with this one.

Hook: Knapek P #12

tail: Ostrich herl

Body: woven stretch tubing over a dubbed body with Krystal Flash rib.

Thorax: cdc dubbing

Hackle: cdc fibers

Wing: Angelina dubbing in a loop, and two cdc feathers.

Beautifully tied fly as always Terje.

I don't know about the 'trying' aspect of your comment, everything you do is unique and creative in my books. You're a fly tying Guru buddy!

Oh and lets not forget your honorary title of 'Granny Weave Master'. ;)
