sneektip 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2011 What info do you want on the toe tags? The whole fly recipe? Or just the fly name and my name?
Flytyer14 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2011 Just your name would be fine. But you can put whatever on there.

firedad 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2011 Today I've finished my flies. Should I wait to send them for the swap to fill? If I do wait I'll make sure I send them in plenty of time still. Also thoughts on what to put them in. Do I need to send them in a small box inside the SASE? Will a baggy do or will they get messed up during shipping? Also thoughts on what to put them in. Do I need to send them in a small box inside the SASE? Will a baggy do or will they get messed up during shipping? I have used the small baggy for nymph and streamer swaps in a padded envelope and they arrived fine. But i highly recommend using an Altoids mint tin or any other type of plastic mint tin you can get from the store inexpensively. Also if you can find an old 35MM film canister they work. Or those small plastic cups they put sauces in with a lid. They do fine..Just look around your house, or the dollar store, and you will find something that would protect your flies during shipping.
