I'm traveling to the Outer Banks of NC in late august was wondering if someone could suggest some flies that i could easily tie or any suggestions would help. bluegill576 0 Report post Posted June 7, 2011 My favorite flies for the OBX are definitely clouser minnows. I have had more luck with the patterns that have black as the "base" color.
